FRENCH SALAD
Boil 5 potatoes and 100 grams of peas separately. Rinse 1 beetroot, bake it in the oven, peel and cut it into cubes like the potatoes. Combine the ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste, ½ cup of sour cream, sprinkle with chopped tarragon and the grated egg yolk of a boiled egg. You can garnish the salad with olives.
HUNGARIAN SALAD
Boil 5 potatoes, 200 grams of cauliflower, 300 grams of kidney beans in salty water. Cut the potatoes and cauliflower into pieces, add the kidney beans and 200 grams of canned green peas. Add 1 glass of mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh cucumber, tomato and green pepper rings.
POTATO SALAD WITH SAUSAGES
Boil 6 potatoes in skin and 200 grams of sausages separately. Cool and cut them into semi-circles. Chop 150 grams of chives and rub with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Combine the ingredients, salt and dress with 4 tablespoons of sour cream or mayonnaise. Garnish with parsley.

POTATO SALAD WITH EGGS
Boil 4 potatoes and 2 eggs separately. Peel, chop and combine with 1 chopped onion, toss, add salt and pepper, dress with 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
POTATO SALAD WITH MUSTARD
Boil 5 potatoes with their skin on. Cool, peel and cut them into pieces, add 1 chopped onion, pepper, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil, 3 tablespoons of mustard. Mix the salad, garnish with olives and pieces of a boiled egg.
POTATO SALAD WITH WINE
Boil 5 potatoes and 1 carrot separately. Cool, peel and cut them into thin pieces. Add 1 chopped onion, salt, pepper and crushed garlic to taste. Combine the ingredients and pour in ½ cup of dry red wine. Leave it for 1 hour to let the wine soak in. Dress the salad with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of oil.
POTATO SALAD WITH SOUR CREAM DRESSING
Wash and boil 5 potatoes with their skin on. Peel and cut them into pieces. Set aside. Prepare the dressing: soak salt in 2 tablespoons of lemon juice until it dissolves, add pepper, 1 raw egg yolk, ½ cup of sour cream and mix.
GEORGIAN POTATO SALAD
Boil and slice 5 potatoes. Add salt, ground red pepper, 1 cut into rings onion and spoon in 3 tablespoons of pomegranate juice and stir. Garnish with parsley and fennel.
POTATO SALAD WITH ONIONS AND GARLIC
Boil and cut 6 potatoes into pieces. Crush 2 garlic cloves in a mortar, pour in ¼ cup of meat broth or cold boiled water. Fry 1 chopped onion in oil, combine with the potatoes, add garlic, salt to taste and stir. Sprinkle with fennel before serving.
KOREAN POTATO SALAD
Peel, wash in cold water and cut 8 potatoes into thin strips and sink them into the boiling water for 5-8 minutes. Place them in a salad bowl, cover with boiled but not hot oil (5 tablespoons), add red and black pepper, greens. Stir and serve.
POTATO SALAD WITH SQUIDS
Put 200 grams of boiled or canned squid fillet into the salty boiling water, add a lot of parsley, fennel and cook for 5-10 minutes. Cool and cut the fillet into small cubes. Peel and cut 5 potatoes into cubes. Cut 1 pickled cucumber into strips. Combine the ingredients, add 60 grams of green peas, salt and dress with 0,5 glass of mayonnaise. You can use natural canned squids for this salad. Drain them in a sieve before cutting. Canned squids in scented oil should be used with the liquid in cans.
SUMMER SALAD
Cut 5 boiled new potatoes, 1 fresh cucumber and 3 tomatoes into pieces, add chopped chives and fennel. Rinse and remove the seeds in 2 sweet peppers. Cut them into thin strips. Combine the ingredients, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar, salt. Garnish with lettuce leaves.
